Hey, I’m Michelle and here’s a little bit about me...

I’ve been into fitness all my life - it started off as outdoorsy stuff. Lots of running through mud (sorry Mum) and cycling for freedom! As I progressed I clocked up a few marathons, a 50k and bagged the Lands End to John O’Groats ride. Most recently I returned from a 4 year stint in Australia. In Sydney I was lucky to land a job with Virgin Active Australia and indulge my fitness addiction some more! During my lovely time in Oz  I dabbled in Obstacle Racing, Functional Training and Calisthenics.  I also put a big focus on nutrition and took part in my first ever body transformation and had some amazing results.

WHY FITNESS?

Fitness to me as always been about Mindset. I see it as my ‘go-to’ thing to enable me to excel and equally help me out in those tough times in life. Now in my thirties I am driven to share this incredible gift with as many people as possible. Our bodies and our minds are such fantastic things and we are always capable of so much more!

I'M INTO

Everything fitness! I will give pretty much anything a go. I’ve been a marathon runner, kick-boxer, Cross-fitter, long distance cyclist and everything in-between. Right now I’m focused on calisthenics (bodyweight training) and getting stronger.

2018 GOALS

20 strict pull-ups by the end of the year and maybe some new tricks too ;)

FAVOURITE EXERCISE

I can’t pick just one! Pull-ups. Dare I say...Burpees?! Box jumps (or any kind of jumping) and shoot-throughs.
