Join in with our interactive workshop to build YOUR own personalised plan for 2019. During the workshop we’ll guide you through how to:

  • Find your FOCUS with our ‘FAST Focus’ Planner

  • Set your FOOD plan with our ‘Fuel My Fire’ Planner

  • Create your fitness goals with our ‘FAST Tracker’

We’ll be repeating our interactive workshop three times over the course of the event:

Do I need to stay for the whole day?
No! The idea of the day is for you to ‘drop-in’, grab the info you need to smash your 2019, then head off and enjoy your weekend. We’re running the same workshop 3 times over the day so you can choose a time that suits you.

Why should I come along?
We want to share with you the recipe that has helped over 130 people radically transform their body... So that you can use it too!

Do I need to wear my gym gear?
Nope, give your lycra a break and pop on your jeans. But if you really can’t stand a day without your workout gear we won’t stand in your way! Anything goes :)

I’m booked for a body fat measure will I miss the workshop?
No way. Bodyfat measures only take 20 mins so you can jump back in on the workshop as soon as you’re done.

I’m coming by myself will I feel awkward?
Never! One of the things we pride ourselves on at FAST is our incredible, super friendly community. We guarantee as soon as you step through the door you’ll feel right at home.

I’m already a member is it worth me coming?

There is no pressure to exercise during this event, but if you want to try some fitness tracking with one of our coaches we’d love to help you out.
